6. How? Directions, deadlines, ticket info.
1. Explain importance of event to readers
2. Background info on event.
3. Quotes – from peers or owner/artist
4. Award or accolades for event.
1. Short history and description
2. Accomplishments, etc.
Keep it short – Two pages max, one is better.
Include complete contact info
